Carnivore Diet Kitchen Recipes — carnivore recipes, meal plans, and a free daily protein tracker
Carnivore Diet Kitchen Recipes is a free, browser-based toolkit for anyone eating an animal-foods-only diet. It pairs 52 tested recipes — meat, poultry, fish, seafood, and eggs, with optional dairy — with the planning and tracking tools you actually use day to day, and it works without an account: your diary, goals, meal plans and shopping lists all stay on your own device.
What you can do here
Browse recipes by category (breakfast, mains, seafood, organ meats, snacks, sides, and 30-minute meals), each with full macros, step-by-step instructions, and a built-in serving scaler. Then plan and track your week:
- Daily Tracker (food diary): log foods, recipes or custom meals and watch your protein, fat and calories update against your goals in real time. Build a protein-target streak for every day you hit your target, and review your last 7 days at a glance.
- Meal Plan Generator: get a day-by-day plan matched to your calorie and protein targets, built from the recipe library, with lock-and-reroll and one-click add-to-shopping-list.
- Electrolyte Calculator: estimate your daily sodium, potassium, and magnesium targets — carnivore's biggest and most commonly missed blind spot.
- Protein & Macro Calculator: estimate your daily calories, protein, and fat targets with the Mifflin-St Jeor formula and a carnivore-style protein-first split.
- Shopping List Builder: merge ingredients across recipes and meal plans into one aisle-sorted list.
What the carnivore diet actually is
The carnivore diet is an animal-foods-only eating pattern: any meat, poultry, fish and seafood, eggs, and animal fats, with dairy as an optional addition. It excludes every plant food entirely — vegetables, fruit, grains, legumes, nuts, and sugar — which means zero dietary fiber and no plant-derived nutrients. This is general wellness information, not medical advice, and it is not recommended during pregnancy, for children, with kidney disease, or with a history of disordered eating, without clinician oversight.
Nutrition values are educational estimates from standard ingredient data, not medical advice. Talk to a clinician before major diet changes, especially if you have kidney disease or take blood-pressure medication.
