AppVitamins ("we", "us") builds free web tools and AI applications. We designed them to be privacy-first. This policy explains what data is and isn't handled when you use our tools.
Most of our tools run entirely in your browser. We do not require an account, and we do not upload, store or transmit the content you put into a tool (text you type, files or images you choose, audio you record, or AI results) to our servers. That data stays on your device. Our in-browser AI tools download an AI model from a content-delivery network and run it locally — your input is never sent to us or any third party for processing.
Some tools save your preferences or history (for example saved invoices or a quiz streak) in your browser's local storage, on your device only. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings. It is never sent to us.
Our hosting provider (here.now, on Cloudflare's network) records basic, aggregate page-view counts to help us understand which tools are used. This is high-level traffic data and is not used to identify you.
Some pages may display advertising. Where we use Google AdSense or similar networks, those third parties may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted. You can learn about and control this via Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info. See our Cookie Policy below. Where required, we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set.
Some pages contain affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects what your tool does or the price you pay.
Part of this site is made for children. Phonics Play, Spelling Bee Builder, Times Tables Trainer and Fractions Lab are learning tools written for young children and primary-school pupils. Those four pages carry no advertising of any kind — no ad tags, no ad network, no third-party scripts at all. They need no account and no sign-in, and nothing a child types, taps or scores is ever sent to a server — the tool runs entirely in the browser on your own device, and read-aloud uses the browser's own built-in voice. The only thing they keep is progress on that one device — a star or score count, a streak, a quiz best, and settings such as voice on/off, speaking speed and light/dark theme — held in your browser's local storage and gone as soon as you clear your browsing data.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and these tools never ask a child for a name, an email address or any other identifying detail. Fractions Lab carries one optional "notify me" box addressed to parents, so we can tell them about new learning tools; it does nothing unless an adult chooses to fill it in, and submitting it simply opens our main site with that address carried over. Parents and guardians can reach us about anything — including having something looked at or removed — at support@appvitamins.com.
Because we don't collect personal data on our servers, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For any privacy question — or anything else — contact us at support@appvitamins.com. We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.

Verify anything important and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tools.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
