Lion Diet Kitchen Recipes — ruminant-only recipes, meal plans, and a free daily tracker
Lion Diet Kitchen Recipes is a free, browser-based toolkit for anyone following the strict Lion Diet protocol. It pairs 40 recipes built entirely on ruminant meat, fat, and organs plus salt, with the planning and tracking tools you actually use day to day, and it works without an account: your diary, goals, meal plans and shopping lists all stay on your own device.
Important: the Lion Diet is an extreme, short-term elimination protocol — not a complete long-term diet. It should be done under medical supervision. See our full safety guide before starting.

- Protein & Calorie Calculator: estimate your daily calories, protein and fat targets with the Mifflin-St Jeor formula and a Lion Diet protein split.
- Shopping List Builder: merges ingredients across recipes into an aisle-sorted list.
Understanding the Lion Diet
The Lion Diet allows only ruminant meat, ruminant fat, ruminant organ meats, salt, and water. It excludes pork, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, all plants, seasonings beyond salt, non-ruminant oils, coffee, and tea. It's typically used as a short-term diagnostic elimination protocol, followed by a structured reintroduction phase to identify food triggers.
Nutrition values are educational estimates from standard ingredient data, not medical advice. Talk to a clinician before starting this or any major dietary change, especially if you are pregnant, a minor, have a history of disordered eating, have kidney disease, or take medication for diabetes or blood pressure.
