This is the address for everything below. AppVitamins is run by one independent developer in New Zealand (UTC+12/+13), so replies usually take one to three working days. There is no phone line and no live chat — we would rather answer properly by email than badly in real time.
To get a useful answer quickly, it helps to include the name of the app, your browser and device, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. A screenshot is worth a lot.
Bug reports are genuinely welcome and are the fastest way to get something fixed. If an app misbehaves, tell us which one and what you did — most reports get looked at the same week.
If you bought a Pro unlock and the licence key is not working, email us with the key and the app name and we will sort it out. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record, so refunds are issued through them — but you can start the conversation with us and we will point you the right way.
Some pages host third-party work under open licences, with the author and licence credited on the page. If you are a rights holder and believe something here is published in error or attributed incorrectly, email us with the page URL and details of the work. We take these seriously and act on them quickly — in most cases the content comes down first and gets discussed after.
Most apps store nothing about you: they run in your browser and keep any saved data on your own device. If you want to know what is held, or want something removed, write to us and say which app you mean. Our full privacy policy and terms explain what is and is not collected.
If a calculator gives a result you think is wrong, please tell us — factual corrections take priority over everything else. Suggestions for new tools are welcome too, though the queue is long and honest answers are sometimes "not soon".
AppVitamins is an independent project built and maintained by Tim Munnik in New Zealand. It is not a company and there is no support department — you are emailing the person who wrote the app. More about the project and how it is funded is on the about page.
